HOW TO BUY
We believe in making our technology affordable to all sizes of company, whether you have 2 or 22 publications.  PublishingMedia is capable of working for any size of site and business.
For this reason, we provide two methods of purchasing/using our system to fit your budget -

Application Service option
Designed for small-to-medium-sized companies, this solution is based on a 'renting' a total, hosted solution for a flat monthly fee, to cover -
  • Use of the Publishingmedia system modules (priced per module)
  • Domain and Web site hosting and technical maintenance
  • User Support
  • System Upgrades

The only other charge will be an initial set-up cost, which will be determined by the level of Design and Content work required.  This is quoted for and agreed up-front.  Discounts are given for multiple sites and for longer contract terms - the minimum is 12 months.

Server Licence Purchase
This solution will work out more cost effective for larger companies wishing to build and manage a larger number of sites, or a very busy site, running on their own dedicated servers.

A Server Licence enables use of PublishingMedia for unlimited domains and is supported with an annual maintenance contract for technical support to the application.

In addition, licences will be required for the Microsoft Windows Server Operating System and Microsoft SQL Server applications, which are the technical platforms for PublishingMedia.

Training
Training on PublishingMedia is provided on two levels and in two stages -
User level - for day-to-day content entry/editing
Admin level - for site construction and system configuration

User level only requires a general knowledge/use of a web browser and applications such as Word, Photoshop or similar.

Admin level is best suited to a person with an understanding of the above as well as database structures and other internet skills.

None of the functions within PublishingMedia require programming skills.
