PublishingMedia - Modular Content and Web site Management System for Publishers

RECRUITMENT

 At a glance:

Job Advertising forms an important part of most Business-to-Business publishing and is often a feature in some consumer magazines.

PublishingMedia's Recruitment feature is built using the DataMedia module of the system and can be configured to specific requirements.  Current customers have utilised this module to bring together the Job Advertiser and Job Seeker through the site and have also featured current Jobs and Candidates in their Email Marketing.

Job Seekers can Register and gain access to enter their CV and details, for subsequent viewing by prospective employers.

Personal information such as name and contact details are hidden behind a Web-based enquiry form, which fires off an email to the Candidate.

Job Advertisers can Register, gain access to enter their Vacancy details, book a specific campaign, pay on-line (differing methods here) and receive confirmation and an Invoice.  This can be totally self-maintaining, or be administered by the site owner (Publisher) as required.  Interested Candidates for the Job can then use a Web-based enquiry form to submit their interest and CV for consideration.

Searching and Results screens can be configured for both sides of the Recruitment process and placed in Pages, linked to specific Menu items and access permissions set as required.  It is also possible to provide multiple-vacancy posting for Agencies, Authorities or large Companies.
